I cannot recommend Saturn Systems highly enough! I have been working with Bob and the team for several years and they have made what is one of the most difficult aspects of business easy. They engage with our customers with complete professionalism, and I consider Saturn an extension of our own staff. Our collection success has been off the charts with recovery rates approaching 80%. Honestly, when I took over the collections department I didn’t really want to send our clients over without fully investigating each account. I was wrong. Doing each one on my own would have taken years. While sending them to Saturn, took them 15 days to get paid on soooooo many of our overdue accounts. My controlling issues have been tamed and more accounts have been sent to them. Mind you we had invoices that were 3 years old and we got paid. You worked miracles!!!! We thank you Saturn Systems!!!!
