Flat Fee Status & Acknowledgement Reports

Saturn customers who use our Flat Fee collections can view the Flat Fee Status and Acknowledgement Reports via their dashboard. Status Reports display the accounts with recent activity, along with their current status, and collection and recovery statistics for all open accounts. Acknowledgement Reports display all of the accounts you have submitted for collection during the current month and the total dollar value of your new account submissions.
